Clear information about this website.
Controller and data protection officer
FZC blau-weiß Philippsburg e.V. – Verein für Budosport –, Am Nepomukplatz 4, 76661 Philippsburg, Deutschland, represented by Michael Korn and Tom Ismer. Contact: info@jujutsu-philippsburg.de, +49 1578 5055874. Data protection officer: Lara Korn, at the same postal and email addresses. Mark confidential post “Datenschutzbeauftragte – persönlich”.
Scope
This notice covers the new FZC website on jujutsuphilippsburg.de and the contact and club processes described here. The separate club app, shops and social networks also provide their own privacy information.
Website and hosting
The hosting infrastructure processes IP addresses, access times, requested addresses and technical browser and connection information to deliver the website, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website. We do not implement our own advertising or analytics trackers.
Hosting recipients
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Deutschland. IONOS processes connection data needed to deliver and secure the website on our behalf under Article 28 GDPR. For its Webhosting product, IONOS describes statistical analysis using anonymised visitor data, retention for eight weeks and no transfer of those visitor data to third countries. Details: IONOS Webhosting privacy information. Contact our data protection officer for details of the hosting used and technical data retention.
Contact and trial training
The contact form prepares a draft in your email app. Only when you send it there do your name, email, age, training preference and message reach the club via the email providers involved. The website has no form delivery service or enquiry database. Membership and trial enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f), for reliable communication. Providing details is voluntary, but without sufficient contact and training information we may be unable to help. Do not send health data. Parents or guardians should contact us for children.
Membership, sport and recipients
We process necessary identity, contact, membership and payment details for joining, fees and training under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and fulfil legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c). Authorised club officers access the data. Necessary information is shared with payment and administration providers and sports federations for passports, licences and events, including Badischer Sportbund Nord, relevant regional federations and DJJV as appropriate. Data mainly comes from you or your guardian; event organisers may supply results. Without required information, membership or participation may not be possible.
Photos, results and club history
Club reporting involves names, sporting results and photos. Where consent is required, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies. Otherwise we balance our information and historical documentation interests against individuals’ rights under Article 6(1)(f), with particular attention to children. Public online content can be accessed worldwide and stored by others. Contact our data protection officer about images or consent.
Club app, Instagram and external links
Photos, fonts and selected Instagram images are served by this website. There is no embedded Instagram plugin. Maps, calendars, the club app, app stores and shops open only through their links, transmitting connection data to the destination provider. This website neither uploads nor automatically sends completed PDFs. Consult the app’s privacy information when applying through the club app.
Club assistant
The assistant matches questions to stored answers locally. It calls no AI service and sends no questions to the club. The conversation exists only in the open page and is discarded on reload. There is no profiling or automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. Please do not enter personal information.
Display settings and local storage
Changing text size, contrast, motion or link display saves your selection as “fzc-display” in browser local storage so your requested display remains available on later pages. No entry is created on a first visit. Reset removes it; you can also delete website data in your browser. Until then, the selection remains stored and is not sent to the club. The requested function relies on § 25(2)(2) TDDDG and, where personal data is involved, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries are retained while needed for handling them and, where applicable, resolving or defending specific claims. Membership data is needed for club administration; after leaving, unnecessary data is deleted unless legal retention duties or necessary records require otherwise. For legally required records, document type, statutory period and its start determine deletion. Historical sporting information may be needed longer for the club archive, taking scope and individuals’ interests into account. Technical hosting data is retained according to operational, security and legal needs. The provider information consulted does not specify one fixed deletion period for all technical logs. Ask our data protection officer for details.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability under Articles 15–20 GDPR. You may withdraw consent for the future at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@jujutsu-philippsburg.de. Article 77 allows complaints to a supervisory authority, including Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
Right to object under Article 21 GDPR
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Processing then stops unless overriding compelling grounds or legal claims justify it. You may object to direct marketing at any time without giving special reasons.
