FZC PHILIPPSBURG / Our training

Your training. Your path.

Ju-Jutsu, BJJ and self-defence. Open an activity below to find out more.

Ju-Jutsu

Ju-Jutsu combines self-defence with varied combat sport. Practise breakfalls, throws, strikes, kicks and control techniques. Appropriate movement and technique matter more than strength alone.

Groups for children, young people and adults are listed in the schedule.

BJJ / No-Gi (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu)

BJJ focuses on transitions from standing to the ground and on groundwork. It is practised in a gi or without one (no-gi), developing positions, control and technical solutions.

Ages 16+ · Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 20:00–21:30. Coach: Ivan Nastenko.

MMA (Contact Ju-Jitsu)

Contact training with clear rules. Discuss your experience, training intensity and protective equipment with Michael Korn before starting.

Ages 15+ · Tuesday 20:00–21:00 · Mirrored room.

Self-defence

Self-defence starts before a physical attack: recognise danger, defuse conflict and stay able to act. It includes appropriate defensive techniques and dealing responsibly with the consequences of a confrontation.

We will help you find suitable training or a course.

“Nicht-mit-mir!” · Courses

The DJJV programme develops children’s violence prevention, assertiveness and self-defence skills. Its traffic-light approach helps assess situations, communicate boundaries and seek support.

Families, schools and organisations: dates and course format by arrangement.

Judo

Throws, breakfalls and groundwork are foundations of Judo. It has been part of our club’s history since 1992. Discuss getting started with our coaches.
